FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Not sure which service fits?
Tell us the project, the deliverables you need and where the content will be used. We’ll help define the right service scope.
Talk to Our TeamWhich archVi service should I start with?
Start with the output you need to create and the information the audience needs to understand. Choose the closest service category, then use its specialist page to review examples and deliverables. If the requirement spans several formats, archVi can help define a combined scope.
Can archVi services be commissioned independently?
Yes. Individual services can be commissioned when the required production capability and deliverables are clear. A project can begin with a specific requirement such as exterior renders, a project launch film, a location drone shoot or a 360 virtual tour without requiring a broader multi-service engagement.
Which services are commonly combined for a real estate project?
Multiple services can be combined when the project needs connected outputs. A launch may bring together 3D visualisation, a project film and short-form content. A large development may combine masterplan visualisation, drone content and interactive experience design. An experience-centre requirement may combine visualisation, film, screen content and interaction design.
What should a service brief define before production begins?
A useful brief should identify the project, objective, audience, required outputs, available inputs, timeline and stakeholders. It should also clarify approval responsibilities, review stages, output formats and relevant dependencies. Where software, hosting, hardware or specialist production partners are involved, their responsibilities should be identified before work begins.
How are reviews, revisions and final deliverables managed?
Review stages and revision responsibilities are defined during scoping. The agreed process should establish when work is presented, who provides consolidated feedback, what revision rounds are included and what constitutes a change to the approved direction. Final delivery then follows the agreed outputs, specifications and formats.
What does archVi handle when a technology partner is involved?
Responsibilities are defined by the approved scope. archVi can deliver the agreed creative production, content, interface design or preparation required for the project, while separately owned software, hosting, hardware or specialist implementation remains with the relevant provider unless explicitly included. Clear ownership helps prevent gaps between production and delivery.
Where can I see work for a specific service?
Each specialist service page shows directly relevant work and connects to the corresponding Portfolio project or Case Study where available. This lets marketing, sales, brand and project teams assess the type of work, project context and delivered output before discussing a new requirement with archVi.
